Should I mouth tape before bed or put vaseline on?

So, it’s winter and for some rzn bcz of my fucked up genes, I get dry all over my body specially my nose and lips, so I get chronic nose bleeds (I moisturize for it tho) and my lips get insanely fucking chapped specially when I’m about to go to bed. I have 2 options 1. put on chapstick and go to sleep with my mouth wide open snoring or 2. put on mouth tape and sleep like a normal person. I can’t do both bcz mouth tape barely sticks to my face bcz I have facial hair and vaseline makes it even worse

use face moisturizer. what the hell that’ll make your skin greasy and make you break out. specially someone like me w rly sensitive skin
