so basically i have been struggeling with my mental health for some time and im not allowed to visit an pschiatrist because my parents are strict and threatened to lock me up if i do so. im 15 2 weeks till im turning 16 so i told my teacher about it. i felt bad doing so because i never really told anyone expect my friends so after i told my teacher i went to my older brother and told him that i told my teacher about my situation but then he went to my parents and now they threatened me that if i go without them knowing that they will take my phone away and lock me up n without being able to do anything expect go to school. what should i do i was thinking about leaving the house but i dont know where to go btw im based in the netherlands
