It turned bubbly because injecting the liquid back into the vial pushed high pressure and air inside. Fast-pushing liquid or air from the syringe back into the vial creates turbulence, forming a layer of micro-bubbles in the peptide solution.


What you should do now and the drawing technique:


Leave it in the fridge for 1–2 hours: Keep the vial upright in the refrigerator without touching it for 1–2 hours. The foam layer will rise to the surface and gather at the top, leaving clear HGH liquid at the bottom.


Lower the needle all the way to the bottom: When drawing your dose, turn the vial upside down and position the tip of the needle behind the foam layer, right near the rubber stopper (at the very bottom). Ensure the needle tip stays strictly inside the clear liquid.


Avoid pushing liquid back into the vial: Pull the plunger slowly while drawing. If you draw too much liquid, rather than pushing it back inside the vial, remove the needle from the vial, hold the syringe upright, and gently push the excess out into the air.
