It's really not that bad it's more like mild to low moderate but I just want that shit to dissappear once and for all. I already have a pretty good skincare routine but I always have like 2-3 active pimples.

Don't waste your time with topical retinoids, depending on how severe your acne is use isotret, even if it's a low dose of 5mg it will still have an impact.

One accutane cycle will fix you then. You can introduce topical agents too when you hoped off
