Altough your not good looking, your not deformed or very ugly looking either so its not over for you. You look somewhat below average and that is totally fine, you still look normal. You can get a normal looking girlfriend.

Gymax but dont ogremax, and eat healthy to get glowier skin and fix it up in general, get a better haircut. You could wear sunglasses while going outside if you cant stand the negative attention. There are people way worse looking than you that has gone on to living normal happy lives. And you could always consult a plastic surgeon to see what can be done about your looks. But most importantly seek help.

I’m way past that
If I was to write down what happened everyone would be saying i’m larping
And it’s not about a gf. I had gfs. I had a gf that loved me dearly (i don’t care if you believe me)
But I have been beaten up, mentally abused, shot at (yes in an central european country)
And when I made it out of all that my ex-gf threatened me until I was so mentally broken that my gf left me (and no, i deserve that for not being able to get out of the situation)
I was beaten by the new bf of my ex because I refused to be her bf after she did that for the seventh time
and what i got was “i manipulated you, so what? it happens”

I’m really not sane anymore and even my shrink told me i need to help myself now or it’s over

the point where i could “just deal with it” is long over.

i’m really a danger to myself now and possibly to others that hurt me (but probably not because I do not want to hurt anyone even if I kill myself, I just don’t like it)

That’s what the surgeon said as well but my face is too gaunt
my eyes are at 8,5cm
cheekbones at13
cheekbones close in on yes so my face appears to have a width of 9cm.. rest of hollow cheeks

Okay but won’t that make y face even longer and worse
like i said surgeon said sliding genio + cheek implants
i sssume he wanted to do jaw definition as well but at that time i told him my face is too wide and he told me it will be hard to work with me if i see it that way
and I actually like shorter hairstyles but I’m scared to exposed my face even more
