should i ONLY use Crest 3d strips

Should I buy Crest 3d strips as a way to whiten my teeth, I am not trying to use other methods, such as professional teeth whitening or other shit. Will my teeth be white if I just use Crest 3d strips, and of course brush my teeth?

Yes, if you only want one at home method Crest strips are basically the MOST effective OTC option but
they improve shade not perfection
maintenance matters or stains come back
