Should I order a figure on ebay from China or Japan?

One of my family members gave me 60$ before they went back across the border to go back to work.
Chinese figure is 14.99$ whilst Japanese figure is 36.99 but I dont wanna give the chinese bugmen money and I'm concered of the quality of the product.
