Start doing drugs that are ingested orally. They work better on an empty stomach. Once you build up a tolerance, they won't work at all unless you don't eat. Once you're hooked, you will probably have no interest in eating until you've had your dose. And after you've eaten after your dose, you will not want to eat for a long period of time so your stomach can go empty again (basically you will want to eat 1 meal a day, after your daily dose). You can smoke some cigarettes to further lower your appetite too. It's basically a cheat code for intermittent fasting motivation.
