dude when i was 13 i was way more chopped then you and my face developed so much within the span of only 3 years you need to wait for your face to mature and your testosterone to max out before you make these kinds of decisions bro wait till your 17-18 or if you want to be as precise as possible check your growth plates and when they close and your not getting any more growth you can make the decisions
