Should I prioritise gut health over skincare products?

title. been seeing larp from carnivore guys on their skin clearing up from eating no seed oils etc.

cope or not? i guess i have to eat healthy anyway if i want to ascend so would be necessary anyway

gut health wont clear ur skin but it will improve it a little
