you can get small implants.
implants are more expensive but way better long term.

It wouldn't hurt if you to do a modest amount. I have a similarly narrow jaw and am considering it.

I'm not getting any younger and also not getting any more girls. I think next summer I will do fillers for gonial angle because implants are a pipe dream tbh.
