Do PPL don't be one dimensional.

Most important muscles imo:

V-taper muscles, abs, biceps, forearms and neck.

Abs because duh, do I need to elaborate. Shoulders, upper chest, lats, etc. are the v-taper muscles to fraud better clavicles and a more masculine frame.

Neck and forearms are more slept on. Most shirts that you wear show off your forearms and your neck is almost always visible, so improving those is small but adds a noticeable halo to the rest of your physique.

Also having shirts that are tight around your biceps and showing them off is basically the looksmatch of a girl showing off her cleavage.

Just look up 'abs' or 'biceps' on TikTok, and you'll see the TikToks that girls are actually thirsting over. The average woman doesn't look up 'aesthetic physique' or 'v-taper men', that's more gymcel-coded. They'd look up shit like 'abs' and 'biceps', so most of the content that pops up when you look those up is what women are reacting positively to, so you can break down those physiques and make those your goal.

Of course if you're lifting for reasons other than women, like maybe strength or aesthetics, then most of what I've listed here is useless JFL
