Pea sized or what? I used like idk like prob 2 scoops and it works for me, my brows got way more thicker

very small, not 'two scoops", like a clean cotton swab is sufficient,
apply it on the skin around the eyes or the tips of the lahes but avoid the eyelids and the corners, also always use clean tools, or you will get infeciton

absolutely not, bacteria, and the stuff under your nails can get in
buy fresh cotton swabs thats the #1 way
if you have to use your hand clean them thoroughly, the eye area is prone to infection, pink eyue for example
