should i quit investing in stocks ( or month trading)

i started stocks 3 months ago, first i input like 1.5k$ and after the first month i have went up to 2k$ but trump did some shit and it all crashed, and it has been crashing nonstop, im at fucking 1k$ now, should i quit or wait ( my stocks as of now: $ONDS $RR $DVLT $RZLV $SES

daytrading hard i used to be in a discord server that announced stocks that we should buy and it was working, but the server got fucking raided and it doesnt exist anymore, now i have no idea what stocks to even look at
