I’m 16 working as a server at a retirement home getting paid 15.50 an hour. Most the residents are chill, but some are so picky and annoying. Should I quit and get a new job

yeah 100% who tf wants to deal with old ppl all day. you could easily leave and become a server at any chain restaurant and be leaving every night with 200+ in tips.
