Ever since I gone back my body got bloated as fuck
I was so lean before I went back to that cesspit

I hate the gym personally. You can always workout at home instead. It's worth weighing up the pros and cons

Not fat necessarily just find I hold to a lot of water now high water retention

Have you been eating at a calorie surplus? If not, it could just be more water retention from all the inflammation from the new stimulus. Or you could be eating more carbs to fuel your workouts and replenish glycogen post-workout. And carbs retain more water. But then if you cut back on the carbs, your performance in the gym is going to be ass and your overall energy levels throughout the day is going to tank.

Yeah water retention from more carbs that’s it pretty sure , I’ll do more cardio starting see how that goes
