I would say shaping them up even more would be better by eating a ton of meat or jolly ranchers and stuff of the sort
You can also file them and I think they won't fall out, remember the whole filing thing on tiktok where foids shaved their front teeth and they did not have any teeth fall out, but don't do it so much that they you accidentally pierce holes in your lips.
