Should I remove upper wisdom teeth? Full CT scan included

I'm currently finishing Invisalign. The right tooth is out but useless as I got both lower removed (it was compulsory to get bimax and they were impacted anyway). The left seems stuck in the maxilla.

I'm doing surgery anyway for rhino, should I get the teeth out to not have issues in the future and swelling and perhaps a bit more hollow cheeks due to the weird positioning?

"you should never extract teeth etc.. " I'm 22.5 years old and those teeth will never be used for chewing as the lower antagonist teeth will never exist.
