Should I rent a campsite for 3 days to clear my head?

Its only 10 dollars a day so 30 bucks for a little plot of land and a bunch of woods around it I also get a fire place.

I wonder if it will help me I just would not bring my phone and only bring a cooler with meat and a gallon of water also some bread. I wonder if this will help I feel like I need to be away from everything anyone try something like this before?

Yeah the issue is I just kept trying to get easy fixes porn monster energy anything to make me feel less shit. And its really fucked with my dopamine.

Idk I will be fine in a bit I just need to stabilize myself probably won't feel lonely since I talk with no one either way

I think it's viable, I'd be hesitant to go through with it because you would probably not sleep very well on the campsite, and also it can drive you mad to start thinking all sorts of shit on your own but also can be a good thing just brutal tho

I would plan a better and longer trip and prepare more beforehand man. For now just rest when you're done with the test. I also think you will be depressed in the upcoming days because you're done with the tests. After you rest at least a bit then plan a good trip.
Be sure to eat well right now, the stimulants probably raping your appetite.

Can you cook steak over a fire place never tried before tbh... Could bring my fishing rod and eat fish too.

Biggest thing is water and salt if need be I could go one week without food easily but I couldn't last 2 days with no salt/water

Steak shouldn't be hard to cook but I wouldn't rely on fish if I were you. Bring prepackaged food that doesn't spoil just in case shit doesn't work out so you don't get hungry

I've camped before more relaxing then sleeping my room. Only time its not is when you hear some animal then you can't sleep cause your scared a racoon is going to rip the tent at night. But I will just sleep in my car or outside if its too hot no tent rn but thats fine...

That's true... Although haven't lost a ton of weight salt and water is all you really need assuming you aren't underweight
