Should I reopen my extraction spaces and put implants for the 2 lower premolars that were extraced or should I just let it be closed as it is?

Honestly don't know what to do here, would I even benefit from reopening the soaces and putting implants or would that just be unecessary trouble? Would it then be best to just let it stay as it is and start fully maxxing everything that I can, without surgery firstly?

There was an iconic poster here called Ravi before who was a chad, then suffered facial asymmetry due to extractions to become normie, and then bounced back after getting an implant to mog us all again.
