Currently my split for pull days look like this ( i do deadlifts on pull day)

1. Deadlifts
2. Seated Rows
3.Lat pulldowns
4.Trap shrugs
5.Bicep Curls
6.HammerCurls

Should i replace deadlifts with a new excerise such as Pullups to get a asethetic back ?

also is the long term risk of deadlifts going to develop me joint problems or any health issue in the future if i keep deadlifting heavy ?

No need to even deadlift.

Do variations of pullovers, rows, pulldowns.

DL is great bc its the most fullbody exercise there is but its replaceable as almost all exercises are

Yes, thats why you should always lift aiming for perfect form over weight specially in DL

Bad form can put pressure on dangerous areas such as knees and spine

God dayum, you know what ill just keep deadlifts in my workout but i have a mentality where i dont want to use mixed grips, straps and lifting belt because i believe personally its cheating when im going full heavy on my working sets

Yeah no need to use those when lifting for aesthetics imho

Belts also make you skip core work which is good to build abs

pull ups maybe! chest supported rows? will be beneficial !

dont skip deadlifts man
