Isotretinoin obviously mogs topical retinoids when it comes to fixing acne

just take 10mg isotretinoin if it bothers you that much, its going to take some time to see results

wont we get the effects on topical tret by taking accutane? its hard to be consistent with tret daily thats why i am taking accutane, lmk if this is a wise decision ( i dont have acne )

tret is better and healthier to use long term (also easier to source), u cant really use accutane forever like u can tret and switching back in forth will just hinder progress - tret takes care of regular acne aswell
