should i reveal my eyebrows or not

i was thinking if i should reveal my eyebrows or not, the first picture of me is where my eyebrows are seeable and i had a lttle shorter hair and the second one is a more recent picture where theyre not/barely seeable and i cant decide to cut my hair shorter a bit or leave it like that and which suits me better and why? (i know these arent the best pictures)

obviously eyebrows make u look better. why would u hide them
style your hair in whatever ways dont cover them up
