It’s probably the muscle in your face that’s the issue you don’t need surgery if just chew on even instead of chewing on one side only or you could chew on the smaller side more often

ive been chewing on the smaller side for a while but i didnt perceive any change, i think i might have bruxism but idk i dont have any of the symptoms

slept 10-12 hours a day, basically did nothing all day so no stress and just played fortnite, had a gallon of milk a day, ate a bunch of eggs. Lowkey I think it was mainly genetics, because my parents both have wide lower thirds, it just took my face a bit of time to develop and I had good condiitions to develop properly. sorry if its not the ideal awnser, I don't have a secret "hardmewing" technique or something

my dad has a pretty wide lower third, and mine's kinda narrow rn so i'm hoping it'll someone mature, I eat only healthy and natural foods along with lots of eggs. Maybe it isn't over
