find a way to make your lips more prominent, they have a nice shade, and maybe switch up the cut, accutane or hydrocortisone for nose slimming

your skin quality isnt bad at all but could be better if u use retinoids, improve skin complexion and colouring by using cartenoids, ur nose looks a bit bulbous but idk maybe just the lighting but if it is, you can use hydrocortisone or isotretinoin might help. If you dont have hollows (this pic has bad lighting so im not sure if u do or dont) u can use aqualyx, and also you can use makeup and shit to fraud alot more. Overall rn ur mtn-hmtn and def have potential for htn if u do all these imo, some ppl might flame me for saying that but i lowk see it. idk why you'd even consider suicide
