If you've been going to the gym for a year and haven't had any progress that's 100% your fault. Not to mention that the gym is a multiplier, it's not the base, you can't solely rely on it to ascend you.

Theres always a light in the tunnel you just have to find that light, I was in the same poistion for the last couple years im also 16, Then i hopped on roids and lean maxxed and physique maxxed and then i worked on trying to be more social and went clubbing n shit and slayed for the first time. Its not over.
