ostarine comes as oral pills so you can just swallow those and skip the needles deca is injectable so avoid that if you're scared of needles just run ostarine at 20mg daily for 8 weeks with a test base though that still requires needles so maybe just don't use anything if you can't handle pins.

you can run ostarine solo for 8 weeks without a test base but you'll probably feel like shit by week 6 because your natural test will drop just accept the needle fear or don't do anything.
