I’m on 6iu and I sleep in avg probably 8.5h per night
My problem is I can only be in the gym for ~ 50 minutes on weekdays and right now I’m running a fb 3x/week which has long sessions
Should I split it up, do slightly more volume, and do an anterior/posterior 6x/week?
