Should I run test?

I'm 6'3 and 150 bs roughly, and I hate being skinny. I don't see it in the mirror, but I am given shit for it. I don't want to nuke my glucose levels and hop on MK-677; I want to get to a normal physique in a few months. My only problem is I am heading to Europe for 25 days in June, and I can't check in any luggage. Should I run test still?

Are you already consistently working out & looking after your calorie & nutrient intake?

Yeah, I've been working out on the weekdays and the past month I dialed in on my diet a little

If you can keep the schedule up go ahead & do it, get a long ester (cyp) then frontload some right before your trip

for sure,ideally start at 300 see how your feeling then tirate up from there,make sure to always have an ai on hand,shorter esters are usally better to avoid bloat and keep stable hormone levels, but come at the cost of daily pins or pine eod,but as you said your going on holiday so a long ester will be needed, i know orka above me said cypionate, but i think for frontloading udecanoate mogs, harder to source tho.

you should at least have some experience in the gym and be able to put on a bit of muscle naturally

if you cant lock in for 3 months then dont do it
you cant do test and lock in for 30% thats not the way to go

i disagree, natty working out is pointless, even being on trt in todays society mogs, the food and lifestyle of the average person in 2026, is not optimal for development,hormone levels or health.exogenous testosterone in this society is so beneficial, if not essential.

i mean true but there is nuance to it
if you cant even keep up with a simple gym schedule are you able to pin without fucking it up

i agree in this sense, i dont think fucking it up would be easy, but if your inconsitent with the gym im sure you could be inconsistent with your pins,which is definitley a deal breaker and would fuck you up.
