Should I run this for my peak self?

This is a very basic and simple plan but lmk what you think I should add or not do. Thanks y’all.


Diet:

Max 1700 cal

- Protein: 40% 680c

- Fats: 30% 510c

- Carbs: 30% 510c



Pills- omega 3, vitamin C, Cardarine, beta carotene, creatine and magnesium.



Must workout 5 times a week.



Posture exercises daily.



Teeth whiteners and good toothpaste everyday.



Chapstick and strong gum. Everyday



Debloat and only drink water.

Yeah I think so. Sounds like a solid plan, if you end up sticking with it I'd like to hear how it goes.

You're gonna starve and suffer from low energy and mentality and generally be miserable if you're eating that little. unless you are 4'5 and already fully grown or smth. i suggest eating more, your body needs it, especially since you are also working out and being active a lot, and even more if you're still young and growing. edit: this also depends on sex, if you're male eat more

Yeah that makes sense. I’ve done this diet before and it was very manageable. But I have gained significant fat since I stopped. Also, I am a 6’3 male who weighs 200.

Why are you not taking steroids tho?
