should I save for buccal fat removal?

I feel like I might have an excess of fat in that area, but I am also still sort of young (16m) so I’m not sure if I’ll grow out of that or not. I’m also kind of just sticking to softmaxxing so this is definitely a maybe for me. Also will it cause anything facially long term? Like saggyness of the lower cheek? Lmk thanks
