17 inch bideltoid is rough man, luckily you're tall so your bideltoid being narrow just makes you look lanky and not so feminine. Would opt for the test to grow your physique but the HGH realistically isn't gonna do much for your frame. Get the test since it's cheap and save the rest for ortho

Why do you want to take roids, you are already tall and good looking they will just decrease ur life expectancy if not used properly. I'd say save for ortho if it will help sort out functional issues
