Not very helpful if you're not willing to become essentially delusional and learn to hide the harsh truths of reality from yourself to "pass" a session with your therapist from what I've heard. I guess if you want jewpills that bad it's a decent choice

My mom has been begging me to go to therapy for 2 years now, I will never succumb to such npc behaviour

I'm scared of it as well if I confess to everything that goes on in my mind they will put me in a cage.Imagine if I talk about my paranoia,brain fog,self-image,dissociation,suicidal ideation,personalities etc... They will send me to some psych ward and never let me out but I seriously need help cause I can't cope anymore

I have managed to hide all the crazy shit away from my family, my dad would strangle me if he found out
