should I self cut my side burns?

idfk, i just use either a trimmer or a normal scissor, i first brush em sideways(left n right) and cut off the excess, then hold them up and through my hands pick how much to cut and cut em

It works perfectly fine with normal scissors, just avoid blunt ones and choose a sharp one
