Should I Shave if I can’t grow full beard?

17 and haven’t shaved in about 3 weeks. I just got scruffy and unconnected hair mostly on the sides and under chin the really just makes my already round face look wider.

Yes that's right. Look I'm not gonna tell you what to do with your life but unless you have a great jaw then I wouldn't look into laser hair removal.
