I was thinking about lowering the gonial angle and sharpening the jaw. Maybe also making the chin more square

I don't think women necessarily like beards, they like facial averageness. Whether you need a beard or should go clean-shaven depends entirely on your facial thirds and structure.

If your lower third is shorter or narrower than the other 2, then a beard is likely a good idea. Otherwise, there's no need for it, and in fact if your lower third is too dominant, that could just throw off the balance of the face even more.

This should be what you consider when it comes to picking a beard or shaving

Also, if you really care what women want in general: 1. Short stubble 2. Clean-shaven 3. Long stubble (sort of what you have).
