Should I shorten my medial canthus?

So I have very long pfl which in turn makes it so my icd is only my pfl length apart when the ideal is a little over your pfl. A big reason for this is my medial canthus is more straighter, should I get a surgery to make it shorter/more downturned to make my icd better
