Should I skip training today?

I can always crank out a workout even after an all nighter and even if my recovery is shit, but I'm just wondering if I should skip my full body today. My split is hitting every muscle group twice throughout the week and finishing friday hot and heavy.

Obv I'm still going to train a lil just for fun and to stimulate the muscles a bit, but the reason I'm considering skipping is because I'm not sure whether it'll really affect total muscle gain when I DO hit the hay.

Thoughts?
