I have to wake up for coaching in about five hours, so logically I should sleep now. The problem is that I’m not sleepy at all.

I woke up after sleeping roughly 14 hours, It's been 15 hours since I woke up but my sleep pressure is basically gone. I’m just lying here awake, and forcing sleep doesn’t feel realistic.

My main concern is how I’ll look tomorrow, so I want to minimize bloating and look as clean and chiseled as possible.

Should I still try to sleep now, even if I only get a few hours, or would it be better to stay awake and avoid the puffy, overslept look? Realistically, what sleep timing gives me the best chance of waking up less bloated? My sleep schedule is pretty messed up (I'll fix it) and I'm asking here just in case I find myself in this situation again

That's what I'm doing
Though I've seen myself when I'm bloated and when I'm not, it's not cope. It's avoidable and can be fixed fast, unlike losing weight.

That's why it's good to have sleeping pills with you, you'll never know:feelswat:
You'll be sluggish if you tried to wake up 5 hours after taking them.
