should i sprint instead of jog

Everyone telling me to not jog because it ages you a shit ton and its for incels, should i do sprints for 20 sec max intensity for 6 six sets like a chad instead? I feel like it could have similar effects on the face the way hitting weights does, probably gonna do it rn and not ldar :p

I do comp tennis so my joints are used to that shi and there prob fucked anyway, pretty sure jogging raises shit ton of cortisol too but I haven’t heard a straight answer
 
sprints are better imo
but both have low to 0 impact on cranofiacial appearence.
One of them might lead to more hunger, often it will be jogging but it may vary person to person
