Should I stabilise the other side of my face while I bonesmash my zygos?

And can I use a pillow to stabilise
You have to stabilize the side of your face you're hitting, in other words, if you're hitting the right side, rest your head slightly to the right, leaning a little to that side WHILE STANDING AGAINST THE WALL(the hand also work), not lying down. Lying down isn't wrong, but it gives you less control. I’ve noticed that it impacts the brain less because you’re counterbalancing the force. You should also do it gently, what you’re aiming for is sustained tissue compression over time and that “pump” in your face. You won’t build bone unless you hit hard And if you hit too hard, you'll suffer brain damage, it's not worth it, other than the pump and the sustained tissue.
