Should I start a cycle or get a canthopexy instead?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been thinking about starting my first cycle, but honestly, I’m kind of scared and unsure if it’s worth it long-term. I’m not trying to get huge—my main goals are to improve overall aesthetics, increase bone mass if possible, and enhance my facial structure (especially the orbital area).

I have a negative canthal tilt and my physique is pretty bad—pushing into Jordan Barrett after losing 62kg territory. Sometimes I wonder if I should just stay natty and go straight for canthopexy, or hop on a cycle instead. (I only have the money to do one of them right now.)

So which would give me the most “halo”?

I’m already 20 years old btw and dealing with hair loss, so I want to keep that under control if I go the gear route.

Here’s the cycle I was planning:

Testosterone Enanthate: 100–200mg/week (TRT range)

HGH: 1 IU/day

HCG: 250 IU twice a week

Anastrozole: 0.25mg every 3 days (adjust as needed)

Finasteride: 1mg/day (for hair loss)

I’ve done a lot of research, but I’m still unsure. Will this actually help with bone density and facial structure in a meaningful way, or am I better off going with canthopexy and just training naturally?

Would love to hear from anyone who’s run something similar or has been in the same position. I’m open to all honest opinions—even if it’s to tell me not to bother.

Thanks

Canthopexy doesnt change CT
Yes bro, canthopexy does change it.
The procedure involves repositioning the outer corner of the eye and lifting the lower eyelid to improve its appearance and function

Tightening it, they aren’t cutting and repositioning the tendon

But that will make the perceived tilt positive right?
It will looks a bit more positive as eyelid won’t be as saggy, but I won’t change you CT much, canthoplasty will

I thought that this might give me a little bit bonemass and muscle mass
No it will put u in slightly higher than natural testosterone levels, maybe 1300ng/dl at best

Why get shutdown for slightly higher than natty levels, do 500mg/week till 20 (max 3-4 months) and then either cruise or hop off

But can finasteride save my hair at this higher dose?

if u want both then maybe just roid less, enough to save extra like $400? and then use that for pdo threads if done correctly they wont make u look retarded and will just make ur canthal tilt better i think they last for like a year then u can fix both at once and once u have money for canthopexy go for it...but if only one then id probs go w canthopexy my canthal tilt is like almost negative if it was any more negative id probs rope
