Do i start acutane, my acne is moderate(when im not on tretinoin), if i stop using tret my face turns into a pizza, i dont wanna suffer anymore, if i have no access to a dermatologist(no permission from parents) should i risk it and start my course anyways. Ill be following the cumulative dosage rule(around 145mg per kg) tell me about your experience if you have done it yourself

How would you even get accutane if your dermatologist can't provide it for you. And what do you mean your parents not giving you permission to seek a dermatologist. They are forcing you to be chopped

I would for sure hop on accutane, but I would also reccomend trying to convince your parents to let you go to a dermatologist.

99% of insurance plans will cover the dermatologist, and I feel like its pretty easy to convince ur parents you should hop on it, especially if you aren't overexaggerating the "pizza face" thing.

Just be like "mom, dad, can I talk to you guys? My acne is really bad, and it makes me super insecure. I was looking up treatments, and found out about a medicine that can permanently shrink your sebaceous glands, lower inflammation, and much more, and I'm pretty sure it would be covered by our insurance, can you take me to the dermatologist please?"

also please rep me I need more rep thanks

They would let me go to a dermat. the problem is mom got brainwashed by the media and thinks isotret is cope, even if they prescribe it i wont be able to buy it so i will be stuck with (tret 0.025), should i risk it and just take 30mg everyday till i accumulate my dosage or is my approach low t
