so i want to use a hammer and tap it lightly at first, but then i realize i can actualy also hook in it and pull from it which im also trying. My nose is more downwardgrown and flatter now so i have no choice but to cope also my nasal labial folds from the sides are more visible

i have no source in my country and ive been bonesmashing my zygos for around 7 months consistently now. Im only planning to try light taping on my palate then combine with tp or just pull with the hammer with a piece of clothing attactch to it to reduce damage to my palate. Its only at the start to kinda yk make it easier to split
