i used in the past to do a sorta of sumo and a martial art, i am about 188 cm and i weight 79 kg

wrestling in my opinion is better overall (biased bc i do it ), but it might cause bad skin bc of sweat and hugging other sweaty men as well as infections like staph, but boxing can also just make ur nose crooked as well. ur frame is good for wrestling, broad shoulders help.
