I feel bad for my dad that will have to send me money to live my uni life.

But I think it’s a part of life that I wanna enjoy, I can’t keep rotting home and working 10h a day and having no friends.

I can work from now until then and use the money to ascend even further before Uni, but the thing is I would go there only to have fun’s and not to actually get a degree.

Can you get any kind of grants or like money to studycel depending on your country? Would make it easier.

Have you talked about it with your Dad? I think you should go for it.

Absolutely, go have fun man. Enjoying our lives is important just as much as responsibility

Do an easy degree so you don’t fail and just focus on passing

My dad always supports me, he tells me he has no problem working all his life as long as his family is happy. But obviously I don’t want him to work so hard for me.

I could get some financial help from the government but it’s not much, and my grades should be top tier (but i’m going there for fun so I don’t think they’ll be)

exactly my plan, also I wanna go study somewhere where I know there’s a lot of parties and night life so I can enjoy it to the fullest.

Your Dad sounds like a great guy man. If he's willing to do it for you, you shouldn't go just for fun. Go to actually advance your career, otherwise it's a waste of all his hard earned money.

Get an accounting degree or something, stable and can scale if you go into law

exactly that’s why i’m not sure. I don’t care about a degree cuz I wanna make money with a business in the future.

I just wanna enjoy my youth

Don't do this bhai. Imagine telling your Dad you're only going to have fun while he supports you financially to do basically nothing. You both sound like good people, but your father will be dissapointed in this choice to not make the most of it I think.

I know, that’s why i’m not sure about this.

I wouldn’t do it to him, I love him too much.

I’ll work until then and try to make as much money as possible, if I manage to do that and have enough money to support myself, then i’ll go but if not ill just have to get rich.

19, 20 in september
Don't procrastinate then. I took a gap year that age and ended up NEETing for 7 years. Now I'm an oldcel restarting school this September. Better to get your degree early on imo. Instead of wageslaving at some dead end job

Good, I’ll work until then and save money.

Just go for it bro, im similar to you. Im NEETing and rotting in my home still using my parent money at 19, 20 in June.
Work only on weeknd. Im going to college at the end of the year. Right now mylife style are just not really life-affirming.
No tangible IRL friend, browsing .org and sometime .Is on the daily basis to cope with my bore-life.
Nothing fun, nothing good. Just rotting and still a virgin.

I hope you have a good experience in Uni.
