MDMA, benzodiazapines and ketamine are my go to's and work best for inhib personally

pregab and alcohol are good to add on if you need a little more but they cause more sedation which can backfire unless you have some stimulants on hand

benzos at low doses will crush any anxiety/overthinking and a "almost sleeping trance like state" is the perfect description for being barred out

although if your too sedated then your not going to be very social either so watch out

ketamine is sort of similar too but instead of not giving a fuck about anything your just disassociated/drunk at lower doses

although for long term benefits or actually improving the root cause of your social anxiety MDMA is the only drug that will actually help (maybe besides ketamine to a lesser extent) address the underlying issues at hand and its also the most fun out of the drugs i listed, caveat is you can only do it about once a month or so because tolerance builds extremely quickly after a single dose and lasts a while

i would recommend deciding based on what kind of social event your going to, if you want to appear sober low dose benzos will completely kill inhib while not impairing you pregab is cheaper and easier to source but doesn't work as well

if your going to a house party then i would go with alcohol + downers or ketamine even MDMA although it will dilate your pupils and its better to do it at a rave or something with alot of stimulation

i tried most drugs whilst i was in high school and it was worth it, but if you have an addicitive personality or no money dont bother.
