Should I start exercising or not?

I‘ve been bedrotting for so long and never really did sports or went to the gym or anything. I have a slim build (which I‘m fine with) but my face is bloated and my body undefined. On one hand, I see a positive correlation between good looking guys and guys who do sports and going to the gym is likely the most fundamental change you can do as a guy besides surgery. On the other a lot of you say gym is cope which is right because there is no training for your face, which imo is far more important than other muscles. Maybe it would improve my face a bit but not sure.

it improves so much shit in ur life, your mental health, bodily health, ur confidence etc etc
