Should I start finasteride?

I am starting oral finasteride with topical minoxidil. I am 17 and a Norwood 1. Everyone from my dad’s side has gone bald before 25. And I’d rather kill my self, than go bald. I have read that fin can have som side effects to your looks over time. Is that some bullshit or should I just start taking it?

Don't take it at 17, way too early

DHT is important in puberty

Start at like 18/19 with dht blockers

Just use oral or topical monoxidil till then and be consistent with it
