from what I saw, it accelerates the process in which the growth plates close, and if it were possible I would like to grow a little larger. But I don't know if it is possible since I think I have reached my genetic limit since I am 181cm tall and my parents are 165 and 169, maybe I should have an x-ray. 1. Your 181 cm which is above average
2. To be that tall while your parents are 165 and 169 is already lucky enough and your plates might be already closed
3. Accutane has very minimal effects on your growth plates

it kinda does but unless its VERY long term , or high dose usages
and even then its not guarenteed to "close ur plates faster"
